  where do I begin? My husband and i rarely eat fast food....every now and then we used to pick up Wendy's that used to have a decent chicken burger and salads...apparently their standards have gone down the toilet! Not only was the girl at the window extremely stressed our order was incomplete. The so-called chicken burgers had a tiny piece of lettuce on them and nothing else the chicken in itself was small and had zero flavour. The chicken salad had a tiny piece of rubbery chicken and a was all lettuce and the dressing was awful. the 2 bacon burgers we bought for my dad and my daughter were sloppy messes. the only saving grace was that the burger was soggy enough for my 84 year old father to eat without dentures. Quality control is desperately required. $46.00 later and I ended up making dinner anyway. what a waste.

  Wendys has one of the best chicken sandwiches especially the spicy version. This location is always busy but generally fairly quick through the drive thru.

  I don't feel there's much to say about Wendy's in general - it's a widely known fast food chain. This location is great - good people, quality food (for fast food, of course), and fast service. I get coupons for them occasionally in my area (North Oshawa) which are helpful. Give it a go if you're craving a burger. Also, of all fast food places, Wendy's sea salt fries are the best (IMO)!

  Was made to wait in drive through 10 minutes before anyone received payment, was left holding payment terminal for an additional 2 minutes in -6 snowy conditions staff was bored and disinterested making no eye contact and abrupt and uncommunicative. I was there when no one else was no excuse.

  Visited at 600pm Friday...Staff were more interested in each other than engaging customers..sandwich was okay but cold..no Staff smiled..will not return to this outlet...overall I have no complaints with Wendys...but this experience was underwhelmingly acceptable.
