  Food at East Side Mario's is good. However the service is slow on Friday evenings at dinner time. Count on a half hours wait. Subsequently once you have placed your order you have an additional wait of up to half an hour. Just about every East Side Marios is laid out in the same way you can count on a noisy experience. Adding it all up the service is friendly and the food is good

  The food we had wasn't what I expected it to be. It was my first time at East Side Marios and it wasn't great. Now I know where I shouldn't be going even if I'm starving to death. It's just too expensive for the things they serve. Not happy and NOT impressed one bit. Save your money for somewhere much better. P. S. We were ignored for almost 10 mins and then just given food like they were doing us a favour. Customer service has to improve. SAVE MONEY AND EAT TASTY!

  Place was busy but the server was awesome and the food was great. Plus kids eat for a Toonie on Tuesdays, which makes it very affordable for those of us with large families.
