Was one of a few people turned away this evening after being told their kitchen was closed so they couldn't toast a bagel. It was 7:30pm. Is that a joke? Thanks for nothing.

It's the staff. They are always the friendliest and most caring people. One of my favourite parts of my days is walking in to see my favourite staff members and getting my coffee with a cheerful smile. They aren't just employees there... They are friends.
