When they don't mess up your sub, they're 5 star. But they mess up a lot. like a lot. Worst of it was my friend is very allergic to cheese (anything from a cow) and they put his on cheese bread when he said white. Wrapped it, and didn't see it till we got home. There's also a bit of a language barrier.
