  I love Popeye's, but I feel like this location can improve. Sometimes the chicken you get is noticeably old. Go during dinner time and its mostly fresh. One other thing that bothers me which actually happened twice is, I asked for a mild chicken sandwich and spicy Mayo on the side. The first time I got no sauce and spicy Mayo on the side. The second time I got a spicy burger and spicy Mayo on the side. Its not a big deal, but it annoys me. Clean and good place otherwise. Staff is nice

  i wish i could give them zero stars, i go there pretty often as thats the nearest to my home. yesterday i called them at 6:53 making a pick up order and the guy knows my voice and he always makes me wait so he said 10 mins max, i even asked him again if by 7:05ish it will be ready he said yes. Well i got there at 7:02 and i waited for 15 mins after which the manager told me it will take 9 mins more all in all i walked out of there at 7:32. I always regret going to this place and this is one of the many times they did to me

  The staff here were knowledgeable and efficient. We got our food quickly and they even threw in an extra dipping sauce after I realized I didn't like the hotter one.

  This place often screws up orders. Today, the lady took out order and after EVERY item said "And now what?" rudely. My girlfriend ordered a 3 piece ALL LEGS. She said that was fine. She punched in something else into the till, so my girlfriend asked again "All legs, right?". Lady says yes. We wait, get our order, and there's ONE leg. The rest was wings. We confirmed twice, but she still screws up. She was rude to her co-worker as well. Unfortunately we had already left the store and live 20 minutes away otherwise we'd have went back and complained. Edit: I've made it a 3-Star because upon messaging their Facebook page, they contacted me quickly. They offered to five us a free 4 piece but we're going to have to ask for a manager when we go there which I feel may be awkward. Regardless, they offered to rectify the issue.
