  For my most recent visit I was very disappointed with the slice I had for walk in. It was very obviously old and had sat out for far too long. I might as well have been eating cardboard with toppings. In general the delivery pizza is average for this chain however the walk in selection is just underwhelming. Consistently the walk in slices are older than one would want. They are always missing parts of the regular drink menu, like Brio. Would only suggest going to this branch if one doesn't want to travel further. There are simply better and more consistent competitors for pizza in the area.

  Got undercooked food last night, the dough inside our panzerottis was uncooked and the bacon was pretty much raw. Didnt notice until food was half done. Called customer service and wasted 1.5 hrs and got no where. Eventually spoke with Adam, a floor manager from the Ottawa call center...he wasnt helpful at all with the 25 credit he offered which as i see it, is offering me the exact same thing im already dissatisfied with, the product. So we ended our night hungry, dissatisfied with customer service, dissatisfied with food that wasnt cooked right, by the time i went to sleep i was getting acid reflux and vommited and the best part was when i woke up at 4:30am and my stomach was burning so bad, i couldnt get off the toilet for 2.5 hours as my stomach made swooshing sounds and burned like the fire of a thousand suns. It may sound funny but it wasnt pleasant at all. I made sure to take pictures of the raw dough which i will hash tag on face book later and also packaged, sealed and stored the contaminated food. Thinking of speaking with the CFIA on Monday. One thing is for sure, pizza pizza has lost a customer for life, not only was the food unsafe and disgusting but it literally made me sick and the customer service agents could only agree that it wasnt safe or right but would not offer up any viable solutions.
