  Great customer service and good prices. The Employees have always been courteous and kind and put our needs above anything else and even helped us save. They're very patient and willing to deal with indecisiveness and changed minds and answer everything clearly and quickly. The food itself is also great quality and tastes amazing and for the price it's great (depends on what you buy but I can get two meals for 12 dollars generally). If you are really cautious about Oil might not be the place for you as it has a lot of it. You can dab it off if you don't want it but that's something to think about. Otherwise ingredients and food always tastes fresh and amazing!

  Terrible management who leaves the place to run on its own. Orders were backed up so far. Poor kid at the front was so frazzled he was losing it. I was stressed for him. Probably wasn't working so great under pressure. But no excuse it is the management that should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely terrible experience. Placed an order for pickup went to get it at the time it said it would be ready, paid and then ended up waiting over an hour just to leave with an incomplete order. I could not and did not want to trouble the poor guy for money back as there was a bunch of others waiting for their food and he could not keep up as it was. Advice to management do not leave your employees stranded and on their own to keep up during busy times. It is better to have extra staff then to lose out on all the business you did tonight. I will never be returning and I suspect that no one else who visited tonight ever will again either.

  i ordered for the first time, i paid for stuffed crust which is $3.50 and didn't receive it. i today ordered a second time thinking they'd do a better job, nope. on my order they forgot the bacon crumble, my root beer can AND the pizza was burnt..... never ordering again.
