  I love coming here, probably come too often... I am not going to lie, some days the service is very quick, others may not be, but i don't fault them since it can get quite busy here. I love that there are new additions to the menu every once in a while. The food altogether is great in my opinion. Not the most romantic atmosphere but they are constantly updating, and i like the latest look to the location. Overall it is definitely worth it of you want a great sushi place in Oshawa

  Poor service, food is great but prepare to dine for hours. This was our third visit. We showed up after 6:30 pm and maybe that's part of the issue? We come too late? Shift changes? Chefs getting tired? 30 minutes between two orders. Food was missing. Dessert came out before the final menu items showed. Wait staff had to be summoned for refills and then refills were forgotten. Asked for the bill. Waited 15 minutes for the bill before we got up and started putting on our coats, suddenly, we got everyone's attention... assistant manager seemed puzzled when we told her it was the worst experience we'd had. Offered a 10% discount. We declined and paid the bill as is. A discount doesn't fix the experience. Got home only to realize we were charged full price for our 11 year old daughter. They have a location in Bowmanville where we spent 3 hours one night experiencing the slowest service possible. We thought it was a one-off. Apparently not. We won't go back. The food, when it did arrive, was great, but not worth the aggravation.

  Service was fast but frankly TOO fast. The food was obviously pre-prepared and the sushi was gummy looking from the fridge and the hot food microwaved. Not freshly prepared. Sushi should take time. The wasabi and ginger were dry and dark from sitting out. Hoping no food poisoning happened but given the state of things would not be surprised. Will not be returning, too scary.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! It must be a job requirement to be extremely rude to all of the customers. Sometimes they don't bring the items you order.They rip drinks out of your hand when you aren't even finished. They take away your plates when you aren't finished. Some servers do not speak very good English and if they can't understand you they just walk away while you are trying to talk to them. When you are done eating they make it obvious they want you to leave, you can't sit and chat. If you call to make a reservation they only pretend to take down your information. I've never been to a restaurant before with such horrible customer service!
