  Good pizza, decent value with the right offer. Busy and no real sit down area

  I ordered pizza the other night for pick up. Walked in at the estimated time given. About half the staff was acting very unprofessional yelling and some even swearing a bit, not caring that customers just walked though the door, to the point another staff member had to say there is people at the front. When I purchased and got my order I opened it to check it was what I asked for and when it wasn't and I asked politely for them to fix it, It was almost like the staff was fighting me that I was wrong. Saying they put the stuff on. I walked out took a bite and it wasn't what I asked for and I took it back in and asked someone else to then fix it. I was so angry leaving there that no managers seem to care what their staff was doing. They fought a customer when they actually messed up. I am a fairly regular customer but until your staff changes or managers step up I will not be coming back to your location and will be telling others the same.

  Ordered a meatzza pizza w/half pineapple. When I received the delivery, the pizza had only cheese w/ half pineapple. We called the location and they told us our proper order would be at my house in 25 minutes but I was told to keep the "mistake pizza" intact. Having waited twice as long as I should have for my order, I was not offered a refund or discount or anything of the sort, they even took the "mistake pizza" back to the store to be thrown out (I'm assuming/hoping). I have worked at a dominoes location in the passed and we would allow the customer to eat the "mistake pizza" as they must be hungry and should not have to wait an extra 25-30 minutes due to Dominoe's mistake.
